Wikipedia rolled out a dark mode over the weekend, finally allowing users to turn the lights out without needing a third-party extension on the online volunteer-maintained encyclopaedia website.
The dark mode, which is currently only available on mobile devices, can be enabled via the Settings menu.
Simply navigate to any Wikipedia article and tap on the hamburger menu icon on the top left of the screen, From there, tap on the “Settings” menu, and the choose between three “Color” options: Light, Dark, or Automatic.

Wikipedia does note that the feature is currently experimental, with a “high likelihood of experiencing issues”.
As of writing, there has been no indication of whether the option will make its way to the desktop version of the website.
