UOA continues exploring strategic land

PETALING JAYA: UOA Development Bhd will continue to explore strategic development land that meets its objectives.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said total new property sales for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023 was approximately RM827.3mil.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2023, UOA’s net profit rose to RM118.72mil from RM53.06mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue stood at RM109mil from RM112.52mil previously.
