PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd has raised RM500mil from its Islamic medium-term notes (IMTN) programme.
The group noted that the new issuance, together with an Islamic commercial papers programme, would have a combined aggregate limit of up to RM4bil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property group said the new IMTN were issued in three tranches. The proceeds from the new IMTN would be utilised for UEM Sunrise and/or its subsidiaries’ syariah-compliant general corporate purposes.
