PETALING JAYA: Sunview Group Bhd ’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd, has entered into a strategic business alliance agreement with the Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association to encourage its members to construct and implement solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
In a statement, Sunview said the initiative is part of a sustainability initiative, with the group offering all necessary technical expertise to help promote the benefits of this solar PV system.
“Additionally, Sunview will conduct due diligence and assessments on the suitability of the project,” it said.
Sunview is a renewable energy firm principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning and related activities.
In the same statement, Sunview executive director and chief operating officer Charlie Chow said the collaboration provides an opportunity to strengthen its position within the industry, as well as to promote the principles of sustainable living.
“The collaboration aims to enhance the sustainability initiative for the potential companies, aligning them with the global pursuit of achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
“We anticipate that this endeavour will pave the way for a future marked by contributions to the environment and society,” he said.
