Sentoria Group CEO suspended for three months

KUALA LUMPUR: Sentoria Group Bhd has suspended the duties and functions of its group chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Loh Yuen Tuck with immediate effect today.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sentoria said the suspension period will be for three months and will vary depending on the final recommendation by the External Inquiry Team (EIT) to be appointed soonest possible.

“The EIT shall ascertain the areas and seriousness of Loh’s misconduct and recommend solutions,” it said.

“The board wishes to further announce that during the period of suspension, the existing duties and responsibilities of Loh shall be taken over by the joint managing directors of the company. The company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary,” it said. – Bernama
