KUALA LUMPUR: Nestcon Bhd ‘s wholly-owned subsidiary Neston Infra Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract from Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd for undertaking proposed earthworks, soil improvements works and other works for package 4-2 of a proposed development in Kota Seri Langat, Tanjung Dua Belas, in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nestcon said the contract, valued at a sum of RM37.7mil, will commence on June 11, 2024, and be completed on April 10, 2025.
“The acceptance of the letter of award by Nestcon Infra to undertake the contract Works is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the contract work,” said the group.
