KUALA LUMPUR: M & A Value Partners Asset Management Malaysia Sdn Bhd has launched the M&A Value Partners IPO Equity Fund.
In a statement, M & A said the fund is designed to provide capital appreciation by investing in equities and equity-related securities of Malaysian companies at pre-IPO, IPO, and post-IPO stages.
As the first IPO wholesale fund in the market, it targets securities with potential catalysts for re-rating over the short to medium term through various corporate actions.
The fund aims to cater to sophisticated investors with medium-to-high risk tolerance seeking capital gains.

M & A said the fund aims to deliver an absolute return of more than 8% per annum, providing a compelling value proposition for investors seeking both growth and stability.
The fund has a concentrated portfolio strategy, holding no more than 20 stocks at any time, to maximise return contributions from each investment and ensure every investment counts without being overly diversified.
