PETALING JAYA: IHH Healthcare Bhd maintained a strong financial position and performance for financial year 2023 (FY23) with a double-digit return on equity of 10.7%.
In a statement yesterday, the healthcare group also announced its dividend policy will be revised upwards to no less than 30% of earnings.
For the final quarter ended Dec 31, 2023, IHH posted a 280% on-year rise in net profit to RM727.4mil or an earnings per share of 8.26 sen as revenue grew 9% on-year to RM5.3bil.
It declared a second and final cash dividend of 5.5 sen per share payable on April 26, 2024. Its FY23 total dividend amounts to 18.6 sen per share.
