under section 64A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001

I, Rochelle Zurnamer, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority
(ACMA), being satisfied that Dama N.V., has contravened subsections 15(2A) and 15AA(3) of
the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (the IGA):
ISSUE Dama N.V. a formal warning under section 64A of the IGA, for one or more
contraventions of each of subsection 15(2A) and 15AA(3) of the IGA, being a civil penalty
provision (see Attachment A).
Details of the contravention/s
As a result of the investigation into this matter, the ACMA has determined that:
Contravention of subsections 15(2A) and 15AA(3) of the IGA
a. The services were available via the URLs https://www.casino4u.io/,
https://www.spinsamurai1.com/, https://www.slotvibe.com/,
https://www.axecasino.com/, https://www.arlekincasino.com/ and
https://www.luckydreams.com/.
b. The Casino4U, Spin Samurai, Slot Vibe, Axe Casino and Lucky Dreams services
offered gambling services, including casino-style games played for money.
c. The Arlekin Casino service offered gambling services, including casino-style games
played for money, wagering services and live in-play betting on sporting events.
d. The gambling services were provided in the course of carrying on a business.
e. The gambling services were provided to customers using an internet carriage service.
f. The services had an Australian customer-link.
g. Dama N.V. is providing the services.
h. The above matters establish that Dama N.V. is contravening subsections 15(2A) and
15AA(3) of the IGA.
